Blunt End

The operational line in the rear, behind. It is coupled to the Sharp End, in front, (Sharp End & Blunt End). Also Back End, which is coupled with Front End (Front End & Back End). In a generic system it indicates a series of rear-end activities, not frontal, not in the operational field. Typically it is connected with the part of the system (Sharp End or Front End) in contact with processes external to the system itself
