First class signal (See Light Signals) used to control the departure or transit of a train. It can command the departure from a track or from several tracks; if it commands the departure from several tracks it can be integrated with a subsidiary starting signal or ground signal. The starting signal is multiple in the branch stations and consists of as many simple signals as there are branches. The starting signal from tracks that are not correctly traced can be completed by a triangular table applied on the stand, in this case the driver, in engaging the next group of exchanges, must limit the speed to 30 Km/h or 60 Km/h if the message 60 appears on the additional triangular table.
