Frequency consequence matrix, or parametric table having for ordering the frequency of dangerous events with the relative risks (see FHE) and for abscissas the levels of seriousness of the dangers with the relative consequences (see HSL). It represents the basic framework for the qualitative assessment of risks with the consequent actions to be applied for protection purposes (see QRC-A) in order to define the table for the assessment and acceptance of risk (see REA), as well as to define SIL.
