Monitoraggio Integrato dei Sistemi di Segnalamento e Telecomunicazioni di Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI) su Valutazione Automatica dei Log. Integrated Monitoring of Italian Rail Network Signalling and Telecommunications Systems on Automatic Log Evaluation. It is a system for the monitoring and diagnosis of the technological infrastructure on the ground and on board, on lines equipped with ERTMS. It is implemented on four functional levels (from L0 to L3), with a National Diagnostic Centre (Centro Diagnostico Nazionale: CDN). It is expected to be able to monitor the rail traffic of about 5,000 trains on the entire railway network (16,800 km) when equipped with ERTMS.
