Systematic Human Reduction and Predication Approach. Systematic reduction of human errors and prevention approach in the field of safety. It is a methodology for analysing the human factor in relation to safety. The method classifies possible errors into five categories: action, control, recovery, communication and choice. For each of these categories, subcategories are identified, for a total of 24, which explain the possible types of errors.
