Train document. Traditional document of a train, consisting of the actual travel sheet and traction report. It contains essential data relating to the physical and braking characteristics of the train, to the locomotive and escort personnel. Used on delivery as well as used by the Director to record other significant data about the trend and any abnormalities, the prescription forms received must be attached etc. The document is filled in from the station of origin and remains valid until the arrival station or other Capotronco station, where generally the journey form is changed and the prescriptions are renewed
